Salmone in Crosta di Zucchine - Salmon in Courgette Crust

And again a very easy and fast recipe.
For this recipe I use the Salmon but any other fish is also fine!

INGREDIENTS for 4 people:
  • 80 to 150 gr of Salmon per person
  • 1 courgette
  • 1 Fresh lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil

Wash and cut the Salmon in singular portion.
Put the Salmon in an aluminium foil.
Pour some olive oil on it.
Add salt and pepper.
Rasp the Lemon skin directly on the salmon flesh.
Rasp in very thin slices the courgette and cover the Salmon with them.
put the fish in an oven dish and bake it at 200 °C for 15 min.
