Il piatto da forno per il Pane - Emile Henry, Le Pain



Oggi, visitando qua e la i vari foodblog ho visto questo "accessorio" per cuocere il pane nel vostro forno di casa, facendolo risultare buono e fragrante come quello professionale mantenendo sempre il giusto punto di umidita' durante la cottura... logicamente va nella wishinglist!



Vandaag de dag, surfen op diverse foodblogs Ik heb dit accessoire voor het bakken van brood gezien in uw huis oven.

Het brood resultaat lekker en krokant als een professionele bakker.
Het brood in houdt altijd het recht graad van vochtigheid.
Uiteraard is in mijn wishlist!

Italian Flag Cake with Feta, Cherry Tomatoes, Olives e Basil

INGREDIENTS


  • 200 g  flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml  milk
  • 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • pitted black olives
  • 1 ts chopped fresh basil
  • 100 g of feta cheese
  • yeast for pies
  • a pinch of salt
  • cherry tomatoes for decoration



PREPARATION

Preheat the oven at 180°C.
Beat the eggs with salt, milk and oil. 
Add the feta crumbled, the chopped olives, some basil and stir.
Sift the flower and add it slowly to the mixture.
Add the baking powder.
When everything is well blended, pour the mixture into a cake mold  preferably of tin, use if you want, to protect it, a baking paper, and place on top of the cake some tomatoes for decoration.
Bake the cake for 45 minutes.
When ready let it cool, serve it sliced and ...
